Performance directly shapes both user experience and search rankings. Google's Core Web Vitals have become the standard for page experience, and Baidu applies similar requirements.

LCP is driven mainly by hero images, fonts and render-blocking resources. Prioritize the hero image with fetchpriority="high", use font-display: swap, inline critical CSS and defer the rest.

INP replaces FID and focuses on responsiveness after interaction. Break long tasks apart, push non-urgent work into requestIdleCallback and avoid heavy computation inside event handlers.

CLS usually comes from images without declared dimensions and dynamically injected content. Always set explicit width / height, and reserve fixed container heights for ads and dynamic banners.

Finally, adopt real-user monitoring rather than relying only on lab data — real networks and devices change results substantially. Muqix Ops Guard includes continuous monitoring and alerting for these metrics.
